On July 1st LG-Ericsson Co. announced their launch as a joint venture between LG Electronics and Ericsson.

LG-Ericsson will draw on synergy with parent company Ericsson to provide cutting-edge telecommunications and networking solutions spanning wired and wireless technologies for domestic and global enterprise markets.
