35230 Fratech FE-3000 GSM Engine

The FE3000 Premier can be used to add additional reporting paths, such as GSM, GPRS or IP to any alarm panel that uses the Contact ID format for its reporting. All paths are monitored and if one path fails then that failure, along with any alarms, is reported via another path.

• The FE3000 GSM Engine provides the next generation in multi-path monitoring
• Provides an expandable platform for newer monitoring paths based on the Internet
• Alarms from any Contact ID Alarm Panel can be sent via multiple paths including GSM and PSTN
• The FE3000 contains its own diallers, calls can still be initiated even with total panel failure
• The FE3000 allows the alarm panel to be tested as fast as once a minute if desired and will report any panel failure
• The FE3000 allows the GSM Short Message Service (SMS) to be used for:
  • Sending Contact ID alarms back to a mobile phone as text messages
  • Requesting the FE3000 to send back SMS messages containing status information
  • Making programming changes remotely via SMS using a mobile phone
• Turning on/off outputs on the FE3000 using SMS to turn on lights or turn on/off your alarm panel via a key-switch zone
  The FE3000 features its own battery charger with battery test and can also be used as a stand alone unit, providing monitoring of up to 12 inputs by either a PSTN call, a GSM call or via an SMS message to a mobile phone
