The Advanced Technician Course further develops some of the more sophisticated security and automation features within the Concept system.

Emphasis is placed upon the flexibility of the Concept system and some of the ways in which it may be customised to achieve exciting results. Participants start to make the system sing!

The majority of programming is completed via Insight Lite software. Training on Insight Lite is included within the course. All necessary software, equipment, tools and documentation are provided.

• Attended Certified (Basic) Technician Course less than 6 months previous
• Or has Current Certification in Basic Technician Course

Describe and demonstrate the use of:

• Insight Installer software to programme and control a Concept security system;
• the testing of zone inputs and batteries within a Concept system;
• the management of review within a Concept system;
• home automation features within a Concept system;
• advanced options within a Concept system;
• incorporation of event counting within a Concept system; and
• auxiliary logic and control within a Concept system.

• Successful completion of this module is a pre-requisit for application to Inner Range for certification as an Inner Range Advanced Technician and advancement to the "Software Endorsed" certification courses.
